Capstone Development Brand Identity

This project involved developing a logo identity for Capstone Development, a new subsidiary of Gibson Construction (a trusted client for over 4 years) in Ghana. Capstone's initial focus is on building high-quality family homes, but with a long-term vision to establish itself as a leader in high-rise developments.

Challenge:
The logo needed to represent Capstone's dual identity:
Immediate Focus: Communicate expertise and trustworthiness in building family homes.
Future Vision: Project a sense of ambition and capability in undertaking high-rise projects.

Solution:
The logo design draws inspiration from the concept of a high-rise building, featuring a clean Trapezoid shape that evokes the sharp lines and confident stature of a modern skyscraper. This form is set against a dark background, emphasizing its presence and creating a sense of sophistication and stability – qualities highly valued in the real estate market.

Bridging the Gap:
The key aspect of the design is the marriage of these seemingly contrasting elements. The upward-reaching form embodies Capstone's potential for high-rise development, while the strong and balanced structure conveys its commitment to building secure and lasting family homes.
